How to Make a Complaint

A friendly HVAC provider checking an outdoor AC unit beside a block home in Tarpon Springs

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Guardindicate Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Guardindicate Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Guardindicate Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@guardindicate.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Last, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
